This prestigious project stood as a symbolic beacon of hope that marked the comeback of Indonesia’s property sector after the global nancial crisis in 2009. Capturing the newfound optimism of the high-end segment, Botanica was poised as a luxurious home that offers an exquisite living experience in the prestigious South Jakarta area. Designed beautifully inside-out, every apartment is generously sized and meticulously detailed in all aspects from infrastructure to facilities and services.
Aiming for those who appreciate the ner things in life, Botanica envisioned itself to be a class of its own. Touches of nature and open spaces abound in the complex and around the residential towers. The name “Botanica” speaks of this philosophy which promises quality living in a green environment.
Our challenge was to translate its notable qualities into an enticing visual identity. The result was a distinctive classic monogram of the brand’s initial embellished with oral ornaments. Accompanied by soft watercolour illustrations as graphics, the elements were put together and introduced as a premium brand that appeals to the upscale segment.
