Comprising of prime office space, serviced residences and luxury retail space, the project, located in Jakarta’s famous Bundaran HI was designed as a self-sustaining development that offers the very best in business, networking and leisure in the bustling capital.
To position the brand as an international top-tier property, our branding concept revolved around luxury and style. The striking golden facade of the building was chosen as a theme that would bleed on its identity and marketing collateral. The logomark was created from the silhouette of the twin towers, giving it a distinct shape that captures its architectural feature. The prints took it to the next level with their use of exceptional materials and finishing that ensure an indisputably distinct identity for Indonesia One.
