JPI

Pioneered by a number of prominent property developers, Jakarta Property Institute (JPI) aims to promote Jakarta’s sustainable growth and accelerate the property industry. Their role includes bridging constructive dialog and joint actions between the city and the industry. Our challenge in this project was to create a brand identity that resonated the dynamic, bold and representative persona of JPI.

The identity design was a visual representation of Jakarta’s map which comprised sleek bars reflecting the city’s skyline. The bars were set at different levels to represent the dynamics of the property market and signify the different scales of development, from low/mid to high rise classifications. It cleverly highlighted the accent of the city which represented the raising visibility of JPI. Finished in black, the colour symbolised trust and authority that ideally described JPI’s experienced and expertise.
