Signature Tower

As the first building that was built to uphold the national spirit of Indonesia, Signature Tower is exemplary in both its scale and ambition. Its silhouette, looming over 600 meters into the sky punctures the skyline and sets itself apart as a centrepiece amidst the cluster of SCBD’s luxury developments. The 111-storey property is poised to be the tallest upon completion in Indonesia and among the tallest in the region. Featuring an observatory, a six-star luxury hotel, a grade A office space, conference, banquet facilities and an upscale retail mall, it solidifies its role as a gamechanger in the capital’s landscape of corporate developments.

Symbols of the country’s historical and cultural significance can be seen throughout the colossal heights of the 638-meter building, starting with the celebrated date of its independence as 17 stainless steel leaves, 8 louver grills and 45 meter tall spire.

The brand identity is a graphic reinterpretation of the building’s crown—an elegant manifestation of the country’s Pancasila principles with live crystalline glass buds rising outwards. In the centre of it is a single spire respresenting the country’s unity.
