After it floated their shares in the stock exchange, Agung Podomoro Land rapidly expanded its scope of business by taking several companies under its wing. The acquisition of NJIS, a private intercultural school in Kelapa Gading was amongst this venture to leverage its position as a leading corporation and marks the prominent property developer’s plunge into the education industry.
In the striving education industry of Indonesia where the growing demand for an international standard of education required a fundamental shift in the system, NJIS stood out from other educational institutions with its offer of international curriculum that is progressively modified to meet the needs of its students for entry into American, Canadian, Australian, Asian and European universities and colleges.
During this transition, our solution facilitated an identity that reinforces this unique vision to reshape education. Transformation was a keyword found in the philosophy from which the school was built upon. This is epitomized in the logo, a fluttering open book which not only symbolizes both the school’s commitment to provide an ideal setting to acquire knowledge but also the powerful change brought about by metamorphosis.
