Jakarta Nanyang School (JNY) is a dynamic trilingual school that was envisioned by Yayasan Satya Harapan as an international standard institution that will inspire young minds and brings a prosperous future for Indonesia through holistic education. Their commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of the school, from staff and curriculum, to infrastructure and facilities.
We engaged in their effort to re-establish the brand, creating a new identity that incorporates their values and philosophies, while also reflecting trust and reliability of an academy.
The brand identity was designed as a coat of arms, which is a heraldic visual design on a shield. This concept was combined with other symbolic elements; the owl as a personification of wisdom and observation, an open book that represents education and knowledge, and a tree that conveys growth as well as the journey through the stages of education.
