We were involved in the project since the initial stage and trusted to craft a reputable brand for the business, which includes naming, brand identity and its collaterals.

The name Marquee speaks hospitality, prestige and success, coherent with the nature of the business of serviced office. The brand itself was inspired by the city grid and floor plate of an office building. Composed of rectangular shapes, the brand mark spreads across a grid and arranged to create a formation. The idea relates to the nature of the business, which always revolves around service and space. The center square acts as a hub and the surrounding squares represent the tenants.
