Sahid Sudirman Center

Placemaking

As one of Jakarta’s tallest buildings, Sahid Sudirman Center is a striking addition to the city skyline and a class of its own when it comes to offering premium office space. The property stands in the coveted address of Jakarta’s financial district and provides conventional as well as serviced offices for short and long-term occupants ranging from entrepreneurs, small and medium scale companies to multinational industries.

Our brief was to develop a clean and sleek environmental design concept that offers convenience by providing essential functions and information within the premise. This was done by placing the indicators on as a wrapped aluminium plate on the corner entrance of the elevator hallway. A colour coding system was established to ease the process of determining the different elevator zoning, giving occupants a greater cognitive experience.
