The newest cluster from Gardens, Saviya, is a smart home that combines function and aesthetics in a harmonious balance. Apart from being designed in an elegant modern contemporary style, Saviya has the features that young couples and the millennial generation want for sure. Moving forward with the concept of smart, stylish, and sustainable home, we developed a brand identity and environmental graphic design that will help Saviya become the community’s top of mind. Every placemaking feature, including the house numbers, was designed in accordance to the root of its brand identity to provide information as well as to make each unit in Saviya uniform and exclusive.
