Waterfront Estates

Waterfront Estates is a residential area that seamlessly integrates modern amenities and green spaces. Located in Lippo Cikarang, Waterfront Estates is supported by commercial areas and public facilities in close proximity to residents’ doorsteps. For Waterfront Estates, we were entrusted with creating the brand identity and signage. By borrowing from the definition of “Waterfront”, which denotes a part of a town that borders a body of water, nature-inspired shapes and colors are brought to life. These carefully-crafted visual elements were then developed to create a wayfinding system that lifts the overall experience while facilitating placemaking and navigation within the area.
